Anyway, I changed his design a bit... Haven't drawn him in a while... or ever, but this one's the exception
EDIT: 2/9/2015 For your information, no sexual activity has been done to do this. It was literally one of Sandy's scientific experiments but SpongeBob accidentally messes up with her inventions... again.
